Jen had spent the night with a close friend at the pub in Dinas Powys where she had a job to earn money as a student at Cardiff uni. She got cut off by heavy snowfall and rang us for essential change of clothes. Jen did not possess sensible wellies so we trudged up the hill with a mercy package and saw her after the thaw.
